By redesigning this outdated site, the product was repositioned as a luxury brand. In addition to defining a fresh look, I took on art directing the product hero photography to lean into the color blocking and complement the geometric containers.

In 2019, I led a successful sitewide acessibility remediation for 53.com, preventing over $2 million in potential fines. I coordinated with internal teams, agencies, and vendors, conducted learning sessions, wrote script fixes, prioritized issues, and scheduled sprints and releases. We successfully achieved WCAG AA compliance within our tight timeline.

Founding an Optimization team at the bank, I focused on strategic projects: proposing user testing, providing roadmaps, creating prototypes for new potential components, supporting product integrations, and assisting devs with implementations.
In a design role, I created design libraries, supported communication between creative and dev teams, and expaneded brand expression on assets for all channels.

Quality Gold
This wholesaler jeweler maintained several brands with sites that offered a customer-facing experience to support brand awareness (including a locator to find stores) with an authenticated space for retailers to place orders.
With brands that ranged from luxury to 'everyday' aesthetics, I worked with the devs to define a common site structure that would give flexibility in styling with minimal dev effort to produce future new sites. This also helped to ensure underlying components were accessible by default.
As the marketing team's only creative, I also had a unique opportunity to create standards and processes to bring each brand to a more consistent presence. In addition to each brand's site, I was able to extend these standards to social media, email, and banners for use on the wholesaler's main site. For some brands (like Nikki Lissoni), I was able to define the entire brand presence; from art directing the photography to designing the site experience.
